Shipping

What regions does Waydoo ship to?

Waydoo currently ships to the European Union and United Kingdom, the United States, and selected international destinations. Shipping availability can vary depending on the product, shipping restrictions and carrier availability. If a country does not appear at checkout, customers should contact Waydoo for assistance

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during product launches, holidays, high‑volume sales or inventory restocking, and orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Waydoo may cancel or delay orders if payment verification or shipping information requires additional confirmation

What are the estimated delivery times?

After shipment, estimated delivery times are 3–10 business days within Europe, 5–12 business days in the United States, and 7–21 business days for the rest of the world.
Delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed.
Waydoo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other factors outside its control.



Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers may have to pay import duties, customs fees and local taxes (such as VAT or sales tax). These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility.
Failure to pay customs fees may lead to shipment delays, returns or even destruction by customs




Ordering

What is the return window?

Waydoo offers a 30‑day return window. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals and components; proof of purchase is required

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

What is the return window?

Waydoo offers a 30‑day return window. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals and components; proof of purchase is required

Do EU customers have a right of withdrawal?

Yes. Customers in the European Union have a legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. They must notify Waydoo within 14 days and return the product within another 14 days. The product must be unused and in resellable condition.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived damaged, defective or the wrong item was shipped. In those cases, Waydoo will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs

How long does it take to receive a refund?

After Waydoo receives and inspects the returned item, they will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Typical processing times are 3–5 business days for inspection and 5–10 business days for refund processing, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs paid during checkout are non‑refundable unless the return is due to a Waydoo error
