EVO Pro Plus - Spectacular!

My second eFoil. My first Waydoo. I’ve had the EVO for 1 month now and have 330 miles on it. I’m super impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Everything works perfectly and the ride is tons of fun. Very stable AND maneuverable. The C1500 wing allows you to ride very slowly and is still capable of higher speeds and fast carving. No mover included

I figure out that the mover shown in the official site where the Flyer EVO PRO is presented, it is not included afterall, and it was not delivered with the package. Waydoo response was poor, confirming no mover included and assuming there was missadvertising.

Vilken Flyer EVO passar mig?

Det finns fyra Flyer EVO konfigurationer. Vilken som passar dig beror på din erfarenhet och din vikt.

  • EVO Lite: 90 L bräda, 4000 W, upp till 36 km/h, runt 100 minuters åktid, för åkare upp till cirka 90 kg. Den mest lättillgängliga vägen in i EVO systemet.
  • EVO Max Plus: 130 L bräda, 6000 W, upp till 45 km/h, runt 120 minuter, för åkare upp till cirka 130 kg. Den största och stabilaste brädan, och den enklaste att lära sig på.
  • EVO Pro Plus: 90 L bräda, 6000 W, upp till 52 km/h, runt 120 minuter, för åkare upp till cirka 130 kg. Fungerar från första passet till avancerad åkning.
  • EVO Master: 75 L bräda i Kevlar och kolfiber, 6000 W, upp till 52 km/h, runt 120 minuter, för åkare upp till cirka 100 kg. Byggd för avancerade åkare som vill ha den mest direkta känslan.

Passar EVO Lite för nybörjare?

Ja. Lite är en av de mer lättillgängliga vägarna in i eFoiling, med en stabil 90 L bräda, en stor front wing och mjuk effektleverans, vilket tillsammans gör det enklare att lära sig lyfta och styra.

Att kombinera den med EVO Pod ger mer flytkraft och stabilitet i vattnet, vilket gör starten och den tidiga balansen ännu mer förlåtande.

En sak att känna till: Lite har inte Flight Assist. Vill du ha det stödet medan du lär dig, titta på Max Plus eller Pro Plus i stället.

Vad är skillnaden mellan FoilBoost och en Flyer EVO eFoil?

De löser olika problem.

FoilBoost är en foil assist enhet. Den monteras under en foilboard du redan äger och ger dig kraften att komma upp på foil och förlänga passet. Den väger 5,6 kg, ger 33 kg dragkraft och drivs av ett 432 Wh batteri.

Flyer EVO är en komplett elektrisk hydrofoil: bräda, mast, vingar, drivning och batteri i ett och samma system, som körs med en trådlös fjärrkontroll.

Välj FoilBoost om du redan foilar och vill ha kraften från foil assist. Välj en Flyer EVO om du vill ha ett komplett eFoil paket.

Hur fort går Flyer EVO?

Toppfarten beror på konfigurationen:

  • EVO Lite: upp till 36 km/h (22,4 mph)
  • EVO Max Plus: upp till 45 km/h (28 mph)
  • EVO Pro Plus: upp till 52 km/h (32 mph)
  • EVO Master: upp till 52 km/h (32 mph)

Faktisk hastighet varierar med åkarens vikt, vattenförhållanden och din uppsättning.

Hur länge kan jag åka Flyer EVO på en laddning?

EVO Max Plus, Pro Plus och Master är klassade för upp till 120 minuter med batteripaketet på 2300 Wh. EVO Lite är klassad för upp till 100 minuter.

I praktiken kan du räkna med 45 till 90 minuter eller mer beroende på din vikt, hur hårt du åker, vattenförhållanden och vilken växel du använder. Att åka med full gas i krabb sjö drar alltid mer än att åka lugnt.

Vilken åkarvikt klarar varje Flyer EVO?

Det här är de idealiska åkarvikterna för varje konfiguration:

  • EVO Lite: upp till cirka 90 kg (198 lbs)
  • EVO Max Plus: upp till cirka 130 kg (286 lbs)
  • EVO Pro Plus: upp till cirka 130 kg (286 lbs)
  • EVO Master: upp till cirka 100 kg (220 lbs)

Tyngre åkare rekommenderas oftast Max Plus oavsett erfarenhetsnivå, eftersom brädan på 130 L har mer volym och lyfter lättare.

Vad är Flight Assist, och vilka modeller har det?

Flight Assist använder sensorer och gyroskopdata för att stabilisera lyftet och hjälpa till med gasregleringen medan du flyger. Det kortar inlärningskurvan betydligt.

Det finns på EVO Max Plus, EVO Pro Plus och EVO Master. EVO Lite har det inte.

Det kan slås på och av. Nybörjare låter det oftast vara på medan de lär sig, mer erfarna åkare stänger av det för full manuell kontroll och en mer aktiv känsla.

Hur lång tid tar det att montera en Flyer EVO?

Runt 10 till 15 minuter när du har vant dig. EVO är byggd för modulär montering och alla verktyg du behöver ingår i setet, så du behöver inte köpa något extra.
