At Waydoo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a straightforward return process while complying with applicable consumer protection laws in the regions we serve, including the European Union and the United States.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts may be subject to partial refund or refusal.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right:

  1. Notify us within 14 days of delivery

  2. Return the product within 14 days after notification

Returned products must be unused and in resellable condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Products that have been used in water

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products missing essential parts

  • Final sale or clearance items

This does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong item was shipped

In those cases, Waydoo will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Waydoo cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times:

  • Inspection: 3–5 business days

  • Refund processing: 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs paid during checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Waydoo error.

6. Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as returns and new orders.

If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

8. Warranty

Waydoo products are covered by a limited manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims are handled separately from returns and may involve repair or replacement depending on the issue.

9. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) to return

  • Reason for return

Our team will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

10. International Returns

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated customs fees

  • Refunds will be issued excluding import duties and taxes

If the return is due to a Waydoo error or product defect, we will cover reasonable return costs.
