Jochem is the Director of Waydoo.tech and is responsible for driving the company's growth, partnerships, and customer experience. A passionate water sports enthusiast for more than 10 years, he has spent countless hours surfing the North Sea and regularly travels to Portugal and Spain to pursue his love for the ocean.

His journey into electric foiling began the moment he first saw an eFoil. Fascinated by the combination of innovation, freedom, and sustainability, he quickly recognized its potential to transform watersports. What started as a personal passion evolved into a mission: making eFoiling accessible to a wider audience and helping more people experience the unique sensation of flying above the water.

Today, Jochem leads Waydoo.tech with the same enthusiasm and determination that first drew him to the sport, working to grow the eFoil community and bring cutting-edge electric watersports technology to riders across Europe.
