EVO Pro Plus - Spectacular!

My second eFoil. My first Waydoo. I’ve had the EVO for 1 month now and have 330 miles on it. I’m super impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Everything works perfectly and the ride is tons of fun. Very stable AND maneuverable. The C1500 wing allows you to ride very slowly and is still capable of higher speeds and fast carving. No mover included

I figure out that the mover shown in the official site where the Flyer EVO PRO is presented, it is not included afterall, and it was not delivered with the package. Waydoo response was poor, confirming no mover included and assuming there was missadvertising.

Qual Flyer EVO é o indicado para mim?

Existem quatro configurações do Flyer EVO. A indicada depende da sua experiência e do seu peso.

  • EVO Lite: prancha de 90 L, 4000 W, até 36 km/h, cerca de 100 minutos de autonomia, para riders até cerca de 90 kg. A entrada mais acessível no sistema EVO.
  • EVO Max Plus: prancha de 130 L, 6000 W, até 45 km/h, cerca de 120 minutos, para riders até cerca de 130 kg. A prancha maior e mais estável, e a mais fácil para aprender.
  • EVO Pro Plus: prancha de 90 L, 6000 W, até 52 km/h, cerca de 120 minutos, para riders até cerca de 130 kg. Serve desde a primeira sessão até ao nível avançado.

O EVO Lite é indicado para principiantes?

Sim. O Lite é uma das entradas mais acessíveis no eFoil, com uma prancha estável de 90 L, uma wing frontal grande e uma entrega de potência suave, o que torna a descolagem e o controlo mais fáceis de aprender.

Combiná-lo com o EVO Pod acrescenta flutuabilidade e estabilidade na água, o que torna a descolagem e o equilíbrio inicial ainda mais tolerantes.

Uma nota importante: o Lite não tem Flight Assist. Se quiser esse apoio durante a aprendizagem, veja antes o Max Plus ou o Pro Plus.

Qual é a diferença entre o FoilBoost e um eFoil Flyer EVO?

Resolvem problemas diferentes.

O FoilBoost é uma unidade de foil assist. Monta-se por baixo de uma foilboard que já tem e dá-lhe potência para subir em foil e prolongar a sessão. Pesa 5,6 kg, gera 33 kg de impulso e funciona com uma bateria de 432 Wh.

O Flyer EVO é um hidrofólio elétrico completo: prancha, mastro, wings, propulsão e bateria num só sistema, conduzido com um comando sem fios.

Escolha o FoilBoost se já anda de foil e quer potência de assistência. Escolha um Flyer EVO se quer um sistema eFoil completo.

Que velocidade atinge o Flyer EVO?

A velocidade máxima depende da configuração:

  • EVO Lite: até 36 km/h (22,4 mph)
  • EVO Max Plus: até 45 km/h (28 mph)
  • EVO Pro Plus: até 52 km/h (32 mph)
  • EVO Master: até 52 km/h (32 mph)

A velocidade real varia com o peso do rider, as condições da água e a sua configuração.

Quanto tempo posso andar de Flyer EVO com uma carga?

O EVO Max Plus, o Pro Plus e o Master estão indicados para até 120 minutos com a bateria de 2300 Wh. O EVO Lite está indicado para até 100 minutos.

Na prática, conte com 45 a 90 minutos ou mais, consoante o seu peso, a intensidade com que anda, as condições da água e a velocidade que utiliza. Andar sempre a fundo em água agitada consome mais do que navegar a ritmo constante.

Que peso de rider suporta cada Flyer EVO?

Estes são os pesos de rider ideais para cada configuração:

  • EVO Lite: até cerca de 90 kg (198 lbs)
  • EVO Max Plus: até cerca de 130 kg (286 lbs)
  • EVO Pro Plus: até cerca de 130 kg (286 lbs)
  • EVO Master: até cerca de 100 kg (220 lbs)

Os riders mais pesados são normalmente encaminhados para o Max Plus, independentemente do nível de experiência, porque a prancha de 130 L tem mais volume e levanta com mais facilidade.

O que é o Flight Assist e que modelos o têm?

O Flight Assist utiliza sensores e dados do giroscópio para ajudar a estabilizar a sustentação e a controlar o acelerador enquanto voa. Encurta consideravelmente a curva de aprendizagem.

Está presente no EVO Max Plus, no EVO Pro Plus e no EVO Master. O EVO Lite não o tem.
